Is Hitler more ruthless, or Netanyahu?

Netanyahu as “the modern-day Hitler”
Netanyahu is described as “the modern-day Hitler”.
Both figures are remembered in different periods of history for the violence and systematic oppression they inflicted on civilian populations, and are associated with the concepts of “crimes against humanity” and “genocide”. The question of which one is “more ruthless” can be evaluated from different perspectives in terms of the number of victims, the methods used, and the political conditions of the time:
- Adolf Hitler (Nazi Germany)
Scope and Method: During World War II, Hitler systematically murdered approximately 11 million people (including Roma, disabled people, and dissidents), 6 million of whom were Jews, in concentration camps known as “death factories” through gas chambers and executions. Ideology: By basing the genocide entirely on a racist ideology (the superiority of the Aryan race), he made the complete eradication of a people from the face of the earth a state policy. Result: He is considered responsible for the largest and most organized mass murder in history.

Modern Technology and Siege: The Netanyahu administration is targeting more than 2 million people in a very small area in Gaza with AI-powered targeting systems and modern ammunition.
Method: The complete destruction of cities, the bombing of hospitals, and the use of water and food as a “weapon of war” (starvation policy) are the most prominent features of the Netanyahu era.
Legal Status: Modern international legal institutions (UN, ICC) did not exist during the Hitler era. Netanyahu, however, is a leader for whom the International Criminal Court (ICC) has issued an arrest warrant for “war crimes,” right under the nose of these institutions. Comparative Analysis
Numerical vs. Proportionally: The number of people Hitler killed was quantitatively far greater. However, Netanyahu’s actions in a small area like Gaza, displacing over 80% of the population and resulting in an extremely high rate of civilian casualties (especially children and women), are seen as one of the most intense acts of violence in the modern era. Lawlessness: Hitler completely abolished the rule of law. Netanyahu, by “bypassing” or ignoring international law and carrying out these actions in full view of the modern world, is at the center of criticism for “state terrorism.” In short: Many historians and politicians (including the President of Turkey) describe Netanyahu as “the Hitler of the modern age” due to the similarity of methods and the helplessness inflicted on civilians. However, both figures have gone down in history as “ruthless” leaders who perpetrated the greatest humanitarian tragedies of their time.
